Qualification / Experience
To work in Property and Engineering you will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to liaise with many different people, top organisational skills and a methodical mind. Other essential qualities include; attention to detail, teamwork ability and strong analytical and problem solving skills.

GCSE’s - At least 5 A* - C grades - good maths and science grades are essential. Other subjects that are also beneficial are IT, design technology, art and geography

A Level’s - At least 3 A – B grade A Levels – preferably maths, physics, chemistry and design technology

Degree - A degree in civil or structural engineering or a science related subject

Master’s degree - A MEng is a Master of Engineering qualification that is led by the Engineering Counil (EngC)
